How long does shipping take?

We typically process orders within 3 business days. Standard shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days after processing.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

What is your return policy?

We offer returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags within 30 days of receipt of item. Returns are eligible for item exchange, store credit, or return to original form of payment. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 

How do I initiate a return?

What if I change my mind about an order?

Orders cannot be changed after they’ve been processed, but we get that mistakes can sometimes happen. If something has changed about your order, reach out to us via email or our app ASAP so we can try to catch it before it ships!

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

To keep things fair for everyone, we allow one discount code per order.

I'm local to Richmond, TX. Can I pick up my order in-store?

Absolutely! Select the "in-store pickup" option at checkout, and we'll let you know when your order is ready.

How do I order an Out of Stock item?

You’ve fallen in love with one of our items, but it’s out of stock. Not to worry, you can sign up for a restock with just your email. We’ll notify you when the item is in.

Do you restock items?

We often restock popular items. If something you love is out of stock, join the waitlist on the product page, and we'll notify you when it's back!

Are your products ethically sourced?

Absolutely! We value relationships with our vendors and keep up with how and where our items are manufactured. Human rights matter to us.

Do you offer plus sizes?

We're committed to inclusivity and offer a range of sizes. We're constantly working to expand our size range to cater to more body types.

How can I care for my EKB items?

Each item comes with care instructions. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry to keep your pieces looking fabulous for longer!
